I took a couple of days off and am all rested up now. It's starting to get really hot out during the day but the nights are still somewhat cool.
Today did 30 min on bike max HR 138 bpm
Then did treadmill for 24 min 4 km max HR 165 bpm. Spent the last six minutes walking and HR recovered to 119 bpm fairly quickly.

Have you read that food book by Michael Pollan? Sounds interesting...

I haven't read the book but I agree. Everything in moderation as a rule and when there is a genuine feast day, then feast with a good conscience. Otherwise eat moderate amounts of healthy plain but tasty fresh food.
