Ottawa 2009
- Balcony Babe
- This summer I moved to Ottawa to start a new job. When a visitor comes to Ottawa he or she is likely to have limited time and will want to see the major attractions: Parliament, the Canal, the Babe (Balcony type, of course). Since there are other little tidbits that are interesting, but not necessarily interesting enough to visit, I will make some short blog posts about them for your reading pleasure.

We are missing two of our rabbits. Did they come to your place for a holiday? I find that bamboo BBQ skewers sticking out of the ground around the most tasty plants keeps the bunnies from eating everything.
Thanks for the tip about the bamboo skewers. I have a package in my drawer so I'll try them out around the veggie garden. The rabbit is very shy and it rarely comes in the yard when I am at home.
On second thought, I should probably invest in a small bit of fencing around the veggies and save the skewers for my flowers. I'll think about it and will get back to you on this.
