Yesterday I spent my time on the spin bike.
Today I ran 5 k on the treadmill.
Feeling pretty good.

- This summer I moved to Ottawa to start a new job. When a visitor comes to Ottawa he or she is likely to have limited time and will want to see the major attractions: Parliament, the Canal, the Babe (Balcony type, of course). Since there are other little tidbits that are interesting, but not necessarily interesting enough to visit, I will make some short blog posts about them for your reading pleasure.

Dear BB, October 8 I rode through the snow coming home from work. Scary stuff and it is not even halloween yet. It was interesting to see how many tire tracks there were on the shoulder of the road. Most of them looked like the people had been coming out of hte ditch but there were one or two that looked like people driving on the shoulder not in a lane. Motorists really need to be careful this time of year as there are many people who use the side of the road( shoulders and sidewalks).
