Today was a day for errands and running around town. Not running in a literal sense, I used my vehicle to get around. This evening I went for dinner with Running Man and had a nice salmon and rice meal followed by a delicious lava cake.Yumm Lava Cake was a terrific invention. I love it.

Lava cake is just another form of Brownie pudding, a dinnertime staple as I remember! I think that tomorrow you start an entirely different 'six month challenge' - hope that there are lots of good times (and also some chocolate) to keep you fit.
