Worked out today from 4:30 PM local time. Did 20 km biking in 38 minutes. The last few days have been really long so this is the first time that I have had a chance to do PT in a while. I`m tired but the exercise felt good.
I seem to be a bit behind you on the excercise front. I have only been out twice since we started getting enough snow to ski. I was down in the local park trying out my skis today but only get about two or three km before I was tired out. Can you offer any suggestions on how to equalize a workout? I seem to get more excercise on my right leg than on the left but this is outdoors and I can't seemto get left and right working equally.
This summer I moved to Ottawa to start a new job.
When a visitor comes to Ottawa he or she is likely to have limited time and will want to see the major attractions: Parliament, the Canal, the Babe (Balcony type, of course). Since there are other little tidbits that are interesting, but not necessarily interesting enough to visit, I will make some short blog posts about them for your reading pleasure.

We got our exercise today by test driving new SUV's. Seems that Cycling Potato wants to trade his bike for a car, at least for the winter!
