I bought a Dell laptop this fall and have been really enjoying using it. It has enough features to make sure that I never use it to capacity but it was cheap enough not to put me in the poor house. Anyway... I have just received a 5% off coupon from Dell for any Christmas purchase that I want. They also promise to deliver by Christmas. Would any of you like to shop at Dell and use the 5% off coupon to save some cash. Alternately, would any of you like me to shop at Dell on your behalf and send you an item. (Be nice, the pockets aren't bottomless. lol) Let me know asap.

Sounds like a good choice for a laptop. I'll contact you via email to find out what upgrades you want from the basic model.
The most important thing to consider is the choice of colour, of course. Go bold and express your personality! As you can probably guess, mine is green. My screen saver shows the plants in my garden which are green too. Maybe my subconscious is trying to tell me not to travel to dusty desert countries any more. Hmmmm
Oh well, back to the laptop. You can decide if you want to run applications that require el-supremo components or if we can go middle of the road. I added about $300 worth of upgrades to the basic model that I bought and they are well worth the money. You can add a lot more upgrades if you want, depending on your requirements. Since this computer will last for several years, it is worth getting a few extras so that you are satisfied with it in the long run. (In my opinion,at least.) I'll email you shortly and we can start shopping.

Is there an expiry date onthe coupon?? Popster was pointing out to me that the GST declines to 5% in January so I could afford more if it could wait until then. Otherwise I would like to take you up on that cashback offer. I still pay a fee on my card (and I found out recently on my savings account as well!@****!(. I will email you me system config. Let me know how I can get the money to you.

The expiry date on the coupon is 31 Dec 2007. Send the specs and I'll order it and have it shipped to your house. The earlier we do it the better chance you have of receiving it. Dell ships via Purolator so there is a chance it will actually come to your doorstep, if someone is home to receive it.
