Morning PT

Did PT before lunch today because we are going to be working late tonight. Run 5 km in 26:45 mins and bike 9.2 km in 20 min. Legs are a little sore but energy levels are good.

You are definitely too speedy for me! Yesterday we walked 14.5 km in 3 hours. But remember, little hare, that the tortoises have a good reputation when it comes to crossing the finish line:)

Your three hours of walking were probably more enjoyable than my little shuffle on the treadmill. I hope the scenery was pretty to look at. Did you have any spiced wine or hot apple cider when you were finished? I think I would have enjoyed a glass of one of those drinks.

We were just saying the other day how much we would like to walk the wall again! It was truly something the like of which we had never experienced. Some day we will walk it again, in the reverse direction.

why dont you get a little personal movie player (or iPod or Sony PSP)? you can walk/run and watch bad TV or movies. I'm addicted to the show "Heros" these days!

Not a bad idea Chrisrawk. It's good to stay connected while you travel. Apple is working on a concept to let you download TV shows to take with you while you travel. I'd pay a couple of bucks for a program that I liked if it didn't include any commercials.
