Ankle is better now

My sprained ankle is better now. I also had a shorter work day than usual. I went for PT at 8PM and did the stationary bike for 25 km which took 1 hour (less a small amount of time.) Felt pretty good but I'm tired from the long hours.

hey, what's your diet like these days? are you staying away from certain foods or trying to eat more of certain foods? has it been easy to keep a healthy diet while being away from home? what kinds of foods have you missed?
