Toning

Was tired this morning but still did a good workout. 3 sets of each:

1 arm db row 7.5 kg X 12
dead bugs 15

squat push press 7.5 kg X 15
leg over med ball 15

single leg squat (bench) 15
tricep dip 15
jack knife on bench 15

bench press O bar + 5 kg 10
lunge 12

4 pt shoulder press 5 kg 12
leg raise 15

rotator cuff 3 kg 12

stretch
